  • YES! Both properties have their own screened-in private pools.

    Majesty has a private splash pool (bigger than a jacuzzi but smaller than a regular pool) Pool can be heated for an additional $10 a day

    Bay Lilly has a private pool and can be heated for an additional $25 a day.

  • Pool heaters run during the set times the pool pump is on. The pool takes time to get the water to the desired temperature and to maintain it. The pool pump does not run 24/7. Depending on the temperature outside the pool it can cool overnight. For example, without pool heat, If the temperature outside is 60 degrees the pool may be 60 degrees or colder. With pool heat this brings the temperature up to the desired temperature and overnight it may cool a few degrees then reheat when the pool pump begins running the following day.

  • Yes.

    Majesty can sleep 8 adults.

    Bay Lilly can sleep 8 adults.

  • Both properties have queen sized bedrooms on the first-floor and a bathroom on the first floor.

  • All bedrooms have smart TV’s and or Roku Sticks, which you can use to watch Netflix, Disney Plus and other programs using your own login information.

  • There is a $145 cleaning fee per reservation. This fee covers the cost of cleaning the property.

  • Yes, we expect to maintain the property and keep it in good condition. There is a broom and mop for you to clean up after any spills and messes.

    You are also expected to take out your trash. By doing so, this allows cleaners to turnover the property between your check-out time and the check-in time of the next guest.

  • Yes, all trash must be taken to the dumpster prior to checking out.

    This ensures that the villa does not smell and the cleaners will not charge extra for removing garbage from the property.

  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in either properties.

    If you have a service dog, the service dog must accompany you and cannot be left alone in the villa.

    Service dogs must be disclosed prior to arrival and noted in the contract.

  • There is a max of 3 cars per reservation for each property.

    This is so that there is enough parking for full-time residents and other guests visiting the resorts.

  • This is required for insurance and booking details.

    IF GUEST NAMES ARE NOT PROVIDED 48 HRS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN, ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY WILL BE DENIED AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED.

  • Upon inspection, deposits will be refunded 1 week (7days) after check-out.

    This allows cleaners to clean the property and notify us if there are any issues.

  • Yes, there is air conditioning and heating in the properties. Both use a Nest Thermostat.

    Please DO NOT SET THE THERMOSTAT TO MORE THAN 30 DEGREES COOLER THAN IT IS OUTSIDE AS IT CAN FREEZE THE UNIT AND CAUSE THE UNIT TO MALFUNCTION AND BREAKDOWN.

    There are fans in each bedroom along with box fans and the property will cool quickly especially if all doors and windows are kept closed.

  • Yes, all food must be removed from the property.

    The only things that may be left is dry spices, unopened water bottles and paper plates and plastic utensils; those may be left in the cabinet.

  • The linens are on the bed and towels are in the bathrooms.

    There is a washer and dryer should you want or need to wash your sheets/towel during your stay.

    Pool towels are also available at the property. Please bring them back to the property if they are taken to the community pool or off property.

    BLACK AND COLORED WASHCLOTHS ARE PROVIDED FOR MAKE-UP REMOVAL.

  • Entry to the properties are by keyless entry. You may check-in any time after 4pm EST.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional $50, however it is not guaranteed. This is dependent on whether another guest is checking in (or out) on the same day.

    The check-in time is 4pm.

    Early check-in time may be between 1-2 pm. If you require check-in earlier than 12pm, you should book the day before or contact me to see if it’s available to pay for a ½ day.

    Check-out is 10am.

    If late check-out is available, the late check-out time will be 12-1pm. If you require a longer period, you may request to book a ½ day. Contact me for availability and rates.

  • Unfortunately, there is not a BBQ grill at the property.

    We learned from the other hosts that BBQ grills have caused injuries with small kids, burns in screens on patio and bad reviews because grills were not cleaned properly.

    There is a local company that you may use that will deliver a gas grill with a full tank ready for your stay. This is an additional cost and not included in your rental stay.

    Please allow 48 hrs notice if you want a grill as they do not do same day delivery. Allow more time for holiday periods.

  • Majesty Family Villa is in Paradise palms resort (Main Address: 8950 Paradise Palms Blvd Kissimmee FL 34747)

  • We have a pack and play, a highchair and strollers for use. If you use these items, please clean them after use.

  • Yes! We offer discounts for military and first responders.

    Please contact us as discounts vary depending on dates and length of stay.

  • Unfortunately for other guests' security we do not allow guests to view the property prior to their stay.

    Check-in instructions will be sent 48hrs prior to check-in.

  • Purchasing travel insurance is relatively easy, and there are lots of different options in the marketplace. If you have never purchased a travel insurance plan, a good place to start are sites like InsureMyTrip.com, CoverTrip or Squaremouth, which lets you compare different carriers based on both price and coverage. You simply fill out a brief questionnaire about the trip and the traveler.

    If you’re using a site like Expedia, for example, to book your reservations, you usually have the option to purchase travel insurance, too, through a third-party provider. You should make sure to carefully review the full details of the policy, because the plans are based around the trip elements (hotel, flight, rental car) and could differ every time you book, and you want to make sure you’re understand what you’re getting.
